Title 17 - Alternative Dispute Resolution, Chapter 100 - Proceedings in Circuit Court




MACRO is a court-related agency, which serves as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) resource for the state, supports innovative dispute resolution programs, and promotes the appropriate use of ADR in every field. MACRO works collaboratively with many others across the state to support efforts to advance effective conflict resolution practices in Maryland's courts, communities, schools, state and local government agencies, criminal and juvenile justice programs and businesses.

This online application program will assist you in completing a Child Support Worksheet. This worksheet estimates the child support obligation that a court may order a parent to pay toward support of the child(ren) on a monthly basis.

 
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & ASSOCIATIONS

These were adopted by the American Bar Association, American Arbitration Association and the Association for Conflict Resolution.

The Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution (MCDR) is a vibrant 501(c)(3) organization, which has been in operation for more than a decade, and is devoted to the personal and professional growth of dispute resolution practitioners in the state of Maryland.

A professional organization dedicated to enhancing the practice and public understanding of conflict resolution.
